Empowering women, strengthening climate resilience Women are at the centre of climate adaptation strategies and are the leaders in resilience-building. In rural costal areas, women plays significant role from food production to care giving for the family members . However, they face disproportionate climate impact burdens through crop losses, water scarcity and climate distress migration of their near and dear ones. CeRCA captures the everyday struggle and success stories of these climate victims in a campaign mode to sensitise policymakers and other important stakeholders to co-create an environment where women will be at the centre stage of resilience building initiatives.
