This role focuses on advancing knowledge and developing solutions to address climate change impacts on fragile ecosystems. From mangrove plantation to ecosystem restoration along coastlines, our research team generates insights that guide both conservation strategies and community-based practices.
As the think tank of the organisation, this role involves analysing current policies, identifying gaps, and advocating for meaningful reforms at both state and central government levels. Team members contribute to shaping policies that place sustainability and equity at the centre of decision-making.
This role ensures that research and policy are effectively implemented on the ground. It involves overseeing field stations, coordinating projects, and engaging with local communities and partners to deliver tangible impact for ecosystems and livelihoods.
This position expects representation role at various national, international conferences and workshops to share the experience of CeRCA and facilitate building relationships to co-create development solutions.
