Her work focuses on marine & coastal restoration ecology and
resilience-building. She has expertise in conservation
leadership & strategy, project & programme management, and
impact monitoring, evaluation & learning (MEL). Nisha has a BSc.
in Marine Science and an MSc. in Wildlife Health and Population
Management from the University of Sydney, and an MPhil. in
Conservation Leadership from the University of Cambridge. She
has worked with research institutions, inter-governmental
organisations and as a consultant for the private sector. She is
a certified assessor
for The Global Biodiversity Standard (TGBS) and has trained as
an assessor for the IUCN Red List.”
